Greenberg Development Report

In 2008, Main Street Momence secured funds for and commissioned a market study of Momence’s Historic Downtown District.  The resulting Greenberg Development Report is a comprehensive document outlining the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities to the district.  It also includes key information regarding market niche opportunities and recommendations, a building and environmental assessment, demographic information, and trade area definition.  The document benefits both current and prospective downtown investors as they devise marketing strategies.  The report is available online, at the MSM office, and at the Chipman Public Library.

Major funding for this project was provided by ComEd.
